Do I need to rest after a therapeutic massage?
Yes! It's recommendable to rest after your therapeutic massage, but sometimes it vary depending on what area you feel the pain. After your massage, you'll feel more relax and better.
What do I need to bring to come prepared to my appointment?
Please come with comfortable and warm clothes. And if your pain is in the lower back or the uterus, please bring a back support belt. In addition, if your appointment is because a sport injury massage, or ankle twist, please bring a conforming stretch gauze bandage 2" X 4.1 yds. (Please don't bring self adherent bandages.)
How often is recommendable to get a therapeutic massage?
We recommend you to get a therapeutic massage every three to four months in order to take care of your body's health.
Is it important to call if I won't be able to keep my appointment?
Yes, It's very important that you call us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you're unable to keep your appointment. We appreciate your call in order to provide the best service posible.
Is it normal to feel a bit soreness after my therapeutic massage?
Yes, It's normal to feel some soreness after a therapeutic massage. After your massage you'll feel very relax, and you may feel better and a increase of movement. The next day you may feel some soreness bacause this therapeutic massage removes inflammation by penetring in the uppermost layers of your muscles, so you may feel relaxed, and maybe fatigue, but this will last a few days depending on how bad was your body. But after about three days, you'll feel so much better you body from head to toes.
